Service Description

Come and have fun with your partner/husband/wife and learn to throw a pot on the pottery wheel at my studio. Your booked session will be just for you both with one to two ratio of teaching. We will learn how to Centre your clay and the different stages needed to form your pot or bowl on the wheel. Then you get to choose your favorite two pots to keep and the colours you would like them glazed! Pick up of your pottery in 3 - 4 weeks when they have been fired and glazed. This is a fun experience, especially if you've always wanted to have a go! Included in your experience I offer either a glass of soft drink/prosecco or tea and fancy biscuits. Get your valentines day off to a great and fun start! Details of entry into the museum will be emailed to you one week before your booked date. NOTE: Your booking of one place, means one couple (so 2 participants) Note: Throwing is quite physical, if you have hand, wrist or shoulder issues this may not be suitable for you.
